I have always been curious, wanting to know the “why” behind people’s actions and behaviors. Luckily, I found a profession that lets me ask all the questions and have clients who entrust me with their customers.
In my 15+ years working in research, I have done everything from dialing phones and having coffee with consumers to writing code and leading strategic innovation planning. I’ve learned my passion is to make people’s lives easier, including yours.
I have developed an approach to insights that balances best practices and a maverick mindset that gets you moving in the right direction, faster.

Ellen Kelly
I was born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota and now call Cincinnati home. I have a wonderful husband and I am “mom” to a toddler and 3 lovely Labradors.
While most of my time is filled with family activities like swimming and going to the zoo, my happy places are trying a new recipe, playing soccer and exploring a new city or country. My favorite way to immerse myself in a new place is through food and I pride myself on finding amazing restaurants wherever we go.
